Matthew will be traveling with members of the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia to Washington, DC to perform music of Belgian composer Dirk Brossé, the orchestra’s music director. The concert will be held at the Kreeger Museum, with Belgian Ambassador Dirk Wouters in attendance.
