Again as part of Philadelphia's Fringe Arts series, Matthew and Cookie DiOrio will be performing together to support the William Way LGBTQ Community Center.

Matthew joins singers Jean Bernard Cerin and Cookie DiOrio in concert to support hurricane relief in Puerto Rico. Donations will help Operation Agua provide clean water to the island.

Matthew will join singers Cookie DiOrio, Veronica Chapman-Smith, and Shahara Benson in a charity concert to honor Black History Month.

Matthew will be an active participant in this year's conference, presenting a talk entitled "Including Collaborative Training in the Solo Piano Studio" and performing composers' new works.

Returning to the University of Delaware's concert series, Matthew will perform Brahms' Piano Quartet No. 1 in G minor with violinist Xiang Gao, violist Sheila Browne, and cellist Bo Li.

Matthew will perform with Chinese musicians and members of the University of Delaware Symphony Orchestra.

Matthew will join University of Delaware Cello Professor Larry Stomberg in concert at McDaniel College as part of their summer Chamber Music on the Hill concert series.

Matthew will be performing with Swiss violinist Etienne Abelin for a ceremony honoring the Maurice Rohrbach Fund for Swiss-American Cultural Exchange. Among those in attendance will be Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Philadelphia Christine Pfister. Using a platform called Music:Eyes, they will visually represent scores of Bach violin sonatas in real time as they play.

6-wire's Carnegie Hall debut will include a world premiere of Meridian Flux, a trio written for 6-wire by Mark Hagerty, in addition to collaborations with the University of Delaware Chorale. Matthew will join violinist Xiang Gao and members of the Baltimore and Tucson Symphonies in a theatrical concert based on memoirs of Jewish refugees who fled to Shanghai from Nazi Germany. Matthew joins the Chamber Orchestra at the Perelman Theater in the Kimmel Center for two concerts entitled "The Americas", featuring Manuel de Falla's El Amor Brujo Suite and the world premiere of Andrea Clearfield's Concerto for Electric Guitar and Chamber Orchestra. The first concert is March 31st at 2:30pm and the second is April 1st at 7:30pm.
